This Privacy Policy contains information on the processing of personal data in connection with the use of websites maintained by RAYMAR Sp. z o.o. or services available through these websites, in particular in connection with placing orders and concluding distance sales agreements.
The Privacy Policy contains information required by the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
1. Data processed in connection with visiting and browsing the websites

2. Data processed in connection with the ordering of newsletters and/or alerts
a. Data: only the email address can be processed in connection with ordering a newsletter (if the user does not provide other data).

– conducting statistics, quality and effectiveness measurements,
– handling complaints and securing claims.
c. The basis for the processing of the data is the necessity for the performance of the contract or for taking action at your request prior to the conclusion of the contract (purpose of point c. i. and v.) and the necessity for the aforementioned purposes that arise from the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties.
d. Legitimate legitimate interests consist in constantly improving the quality, accessibility and attractiveness of newsletters, alerts and other information services of Raymar Sp. z o.o., increasing the number of ordered newsletters, increasing the attractiveness of advertising space for both advertisers and advertising recipients.
e. The Administrator may make the data available to other recipients only at the request of entities authorized to do so by law or when it is necessary for the above purposes, e.g. to entities providing hosting, IT service or sale or support of sale of advertising space on our services.
f. The Administrator shall keep the data only for the time it is necessary for the realization of the aforementioned purposes, no longer than until you object to the processing.
3. Data processed in connection with the execution of contracts with contractors and processing of orders
a. Data: name and surname, e-mail address, name of company/institution/organization/editorial office/university, position, country, postal code, city, province, landline, cell phone

c. Data will be processed for the purposes of:
– conclusion of the contract;
– all activities aimed at effective execution of the concluded agreement;
– communication with the representatives/persons designated to contact the contractor for the purpose of executing the contract;
– maintaining statistics, quality and effectiveness measurements,
– handling complaints and securing claims.
d. The basis for the processing of the data is the necessity for the performance of the contract or for taking action at the request of the contractor prior to the conclusion of the contract, and the necessity for the above purposes that arise from the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties.
e. Legitimate interests consist in the conclusion and in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions, effective performance of the contract, as well as the continuous improvement of the quality of RAYMAR Sp. z o.o. services.
f. The Administrator may make the data available to other recipients only at the request of entities authorized to do so by law or when it is necessary for the above purposes, e.g. to organizers, partners and sponsors of the event, subcontractors of concluded agreements; lists of such data recipients will be published and updated on an ongoing basis on relevant event pages or in information materials.
g. The Administrator shall keep the data only for the time that is necessary for the realization of the aforementioned purposes, no longer than until you object to the processing.
